QA/QC Introduction

We were established in 1989 as a developer and marketer of faucets and bathroom accessories. Over decades, Our main product line has expanded to include: basin faucets, bathtub faucets, kitchen faucets, shower faucets, stainless steel shower hoses, nearly forty different series in total. We hold steadfastly to our mission statement: 'to provide the high quality, low total production cost, and to meet or exceed our customer requests in a timely manner.' Our Quality Assurance and Control procedures can be listed as follows:
1) Material inspection
2) Chemical laboratory examination
3) Composition testing and control system of original materials
4) A testing and validation program whereby all our products are sampled and inspected. The results of which are then submitted for comparison with previous test results.

Furthermore, we have established a procedure that checks products at all stages of the manufacturing process: raw materials, in-process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. Besides this, we have also developed a procedure which can identify the inspection and test status of all items, at all stages of the manufacturing process.

There is also a system that tracks in-process defects and other non-conformities. These records are used to analyze root causes and therefore eradicate any problems. As an established procedure we regularly update a 'quality manual,' which is maintained as a means to ensure that products conform to specified requirements.
There is a regular, comprehensive and extensive inspection of assembly lines. All controls, inspections, equipment, fixtures, total production resources and skills are inspected to ensure that they consistently achieve the required quality levels.
